WE’RE MOVING - Spring 2024!

FAQ on our Launch the Lodge Project

WHERE & WHEN are you moving?

We are moving to downtown Medford, OR into a historic building built in 1915 as an Elks Lodge. The building sat empty since 2014. The owners are restoring the building piece-by-piece. The Copper Plank and Fusion Dance at the Annex will lease about 25% of the entire building, bringing in other businesses as spaces get updated.

We do not have a concrete move date yet. We completed the lease agreement in December and aim for the construction to finish in late spring 2024. Ther major projects to complete are installing a heating system, building the kitchen, installing the walk-in cooler and building the bar. We will update this page as our timeline is solidified.

Are you holding events at the Lodge now?

We have held special events at the lodge but it is not open to the public daily. The next phase of construction will slow down our special events. When we hold more special events at the Lodge, you can find them on our social media and posters down at our location at the roundabout.

Will you keep your current location at the roundabout?

Our current location at the corner of Siskiyou and Highland (by Bear Creek Park) will remain open as long as possible prior to our move. We anticipate a brief period of time we need to be closed during the final moving stage into The Lodge.

What will parking be like at the Lodge on Central?

We will have access to the parking lot on the north side of the building as well as street parking, a public parking lot across 5th street, a public parking lot across N. Central Ave and the parking garage within 2 blocks.

When is the Grand Opening Party? Can I still get tickets?

We can’t wait to hold our Grand Opening Party as soon as possible. We will update this site when we do and send out the date to everyone who purchased tickets through our Kickstarter. There will be a small number of additional tickets sold when we announce the day and time so stay tuned!
