WE’RE MOVING

FAQ on our Launch the Lodge Project

WHERE & WHEN are you moving?

We are moving to downtown Medford, OR into a historic building built in 1915 as an Elks Lodge. The building sat empty since 2014. The owners are restoring the building piece-by-piece. The Copper Plank and Fusion Dance at the Annex will lease about 25% of the entire building, bringing in other businesses as spaces get updated.

We are currently moving! The construction is finishing up! We have completed major projects to complete are installing a heating system, building the kitchen and building the bar. We have a few projects left and are working hard to complete them.

Are you holding events at the Lodge now?

We have held special events at the lodge but it is not open to the public daily. When we hold more special events at the Lodge, you can find them on our social media.

Will you keep your current location at the roundabout?

Our current location at the corner of Siskiyou and Highland (by Bear Creek Park) will remain open as long as possible prior to our move. We anticipate a brief period of time we need to be closed during the final moving stage into The Lodge. We are currently closed at The Roundabout.

What will parking be like at the Lodge on Central?

We will have access to the parking lot on the north side of the building as well as street parking, a public parking lot across 5th street, a public parking lot across N. Central Ave and the parking garage within 2 blocks.

When is the Grand Opening Party? Can I still get tickets?

Our Grand Opening Party will be on October 24th, 2024. All tickets have been sold and we have reached our maximum capacity. If you contributed to our Kickstarter campaign by purchasing tickets and have questions or need more information, please email cory@theopperplank.com or info@thecopperplank.com.
